All programs, products, services, and program materials are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2.1 Important Notice: Coaching Is Not Therapy. Marriage Restoration Ministry Inc. and its coaches, including Sherman Daley and Semise Daley, are Christian marriage coaches and ministry leaders. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, social workers, licensed professional counselors, or mental health professionals, and we do not provide therapy, counseling, clinical treatment, or mental health services.
2.2 Coaching services are educational, faith-based, and motivational in nature and are not a substitute for licensed professional mental health treatment, medical care, or legal advice. If you or your spouse are experiencing domestic violence, abuse, mental health crises, or require clinical intervention, please seek immediate assistance from a licensed professional or emergency services.
2.3 Scope of Coaching Services. MRM coaching services include faith-based marriage coaching sessions, group programs, workshops, retreats, and online courses. Coaching does not include crisis intervention, psychiatric assessment, or any service requiring professional licensure.
2.4 Participation Agreement. Clients agree to participate in good faith, treat coaches and fellow participants with respect, and acknowledge that progress in marriage restoration depends on both spouses' willingness and personal effort. MRM reserves the right to terminate coaching services, without refund, if a client engages in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward MRM staff or other participants.
Marriage Restoration Ministry Inc. cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to restore your marriage or achieve specific relational outcomes. All programs and services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in our programs, or in any communications from MRM is a promise or guarantee of results, and we do not offer legal, medical, or professional therapeutic advice.
4.1 Digital Products. Refunds for digital content will be granted only if: (a) requested within seven (7) days of purchase, AND (b) the product has not been accessed.
4.2 Membership Subscriptions. Monthly or yearly memberships may be canceled with seven (7) days' notice prior to the renewal date. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
4.3 Coaching Programs (1:1 and Group). Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, all sales of coaching packages are final once the program begins. If MRM is unable to deliver scheduled sessions due to circumstances within MRM's control, affected sessions will be rescheduled or credited. No refunds will be issued after program commencement.
Questions about refunds? Email [email protected] before making a purchase.
5.1 Nature of the Event. The Cruise to a Better Marriage is a faith-based marriage enrichment program organized by MRM and hosted aboard a Royal Caribbean International vessel. MRM is the organizer of the coaching, ministry, and programming components only.
5.2 Separation of Responsibilities — MRM vs. Royal Caribbean. Royal Caribbean International is solely responsible for: the vessel and its operation; all maritime safety regulations; cabin accommodations, food, entertainment, and onboard amenities; itinerary, port calls, and any changes thereto; and all services governed by Royal Caribbean's own ticket contract. Participants must separately agree to Royal Caribbean's terms and conditions at the time of booking their cruise cabin.
MRM is not responsible for Royal Caribbean's services, policies, cancellations, or any events occurring aboard the vessel or at any port of call.
5.3 Deposits and Payment Schedule. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your enrollment. The payment schedule is as follows:
- Deposit: Due at registration (non-refundable)
- Half payment: Due by July 15, 2026
- Paid in full: Due by August 1, 2026
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of enrollment without refund.
5.4 Cancellation Policy. The following schedule applies to MRM program fees (separate from any Royal Caribbean cancellation fees):
- 90+ days before departure: Deposit forfeited; remaining balance refunded
- 60–89 days before departure: 50% of total program fee forfeited
- Under 60 days before departure: No refund
5.5 MRM Cancellation. In the unlikely event that MRM cancels the group programming, MRM will refund the MRM program fee portion of enrollment. MRM is not responsible for refunding Royal Caribbean cruise fare, travel expenses, or any other costs incurred by participants.
5.6 Force Majeure. MRM shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering the cruise program due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, pandemics, government-imposed travel restrictions, Royal Caribbean itinerary cancellations, acts of God, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, MRM will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer a program credit at its discretion.
5.8 Travel Documentation and Insurance. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents required for the cruise itinerary, including a valid U.S. passport (or applicable travel documents), and for meeting all health and vaccination requirements imposed by Royal Caribbean or applicable governments. MRM strongly recommends that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical, and emergency evacuation coverage. MRM is not responsible for any losses arising from a participant's failure to obtain required documents or insurance.
5.9 Eligibility. The Cruise to a Better Marriage is designed for married couples who are 18 years of age or older. Both spouses must register and attend together. Participants agree to conduct themselves in accordance with the faith-based, covenant-centered values of MRM throughout the event.
5.10 Photo and Media Release. By registering for the cruise, participants grant MRM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs, videos, and testimonials captured during the event for marketing and ministry purposes, including on the MRM website and social media. If you do not wish your image or story to be used, you must notify MRM in writing at the time of registration.
The investment in MRM programs and products is listed on the applicable checkout or registration page. You agree to pay the full amount indicated. If you are enrolled in a payment plan, you authorize MRM to charge your payment method according to the stated schedule. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to programs without refund of amounts already paid. You will receive a receipt upon each payment.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access purchased content for your own use only. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MRM Inc., its officers, directors, coaches, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of MRM services or website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or actions you take in connection with MRM programs.
This limitation applies whether or not MRM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the site or services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or MRM's services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and MRM individually. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California for any matters not subject to arbitration.
